Every business hasa thousand moving parts. What if they moved as one?
Trensiqo designs connected business systems that bring workflows, information, and operations into a more coherent whole.
What the thousand parts look like from the inside.
Tools that don’t talk.
Work typed three times.
Answers in someone’s inbox.
Handoffs that drop.
Each team chose a sensible tool. Nobody designed how those tools, and the people using them, would meet. The cost shows up as delay, rework and decisions made on partial information.
Fragmentsfind each other.
Connect the tools you already use, agree on how information moves between them, and the business starts to behave as one system. Tool names are examples, not a list of supported integrations.

What we build.
Workflow and process systems
The route work takes between people, tools and decisions, designed once and run reliably.
Connected business operations
Integrations and shared data across the platforms you already pay for, built to be maintained.
Sales, finance and customer operations
One path from first enquiry through sales operations, delivery, support and finance, with no handoff left to memory.
Intelligent business systems
AI applied to specific tasks with a clear measure of value, never added for its own sake.
Operational visibility
Reports and dashboards that follow the real process, so you can see where work waits.
AI governance and accountability
Inventory, approvals, traceability and outcome tracking, so AI workflows stay safe to operate and provable to the people who answer for them.
AI is easy to start. It is hard to stand behind.
Most enterprises are not struggling because their models are weak. They are struggling because AI is being bolted onto operations that were never redesigned for it. Our longer-term aim is to be the layer that makes AI workflows reliable, auditable, governed and tied to business results.
Owner. Nobody owns the workflow, the AI output, the cost, or the consequence when it is wrong.
Permissions. Knowledge sits across warehouses, SaaS tools and documents, and retrieval rarely respects who may see what.
Paper. Policies and committees exist, but not enforceable approvals, audit trails, release gates or an off switch.
Pilots. Proofs of concept stall on data quality, risk controls, cost and unclear value.
Value. Activity is easy to count. Cycle time, losses avoided and revenue gained are rarely linked to it.
Shadow. People use unapproved tools because the approved route is slower, and nobody audits the gap.
Every decisionleaves a trace.
This is the kind of record a governed workflow keeps, and the gates it must pass before it goes live. An example, not client data.
One place to see, approve and answer for AI.
Trensiqo is designed to answer five questions continuously: what AI is running, who approved it and under what controls, what data and tools it uses, whether it is performing or drifting, and what outcome it produced.
- AI inventory
- Risk tiering
- Approval and release gates
- Permission-aware execution
- Decision traceability
- Outcome ledger
- Drift, cost and incident monitoring
- Kill switch and rollback
AI inventory
Every agent, model, prompt, workflow, integration and vendor in one register.
Risk tiering
Classify each system by customer impact, financial exposure, regulatory sensitivity and data access.
Approval and release gates
No workflow reaches production without owner sign-off, security review, evaluation results and a rollback plan.
Permission-aware execution
AI uses only the data and tools the requesting person is allowed to use.
Decision traceability
Material outputs record inputs, sources, model and version, human review and the final action.
Outcome ledger
Each workflow is tied to a measurable result: cycle time, exceptions, resolution, leakage or compliance findings.
Drift, cost and incident monitoring
Spot falling quality, runaway cost, unusual access and failed decisions early.
Kill switch and rollback
Risk and compliance leaders can suspend a workflow without an engineering escalation.
Neutral by design. The control plane sits across the tools and models you already use. It does not replace them, and it does not care which vendor an AI system came from. Trensiqo is early: this is the system we are building toward and the discipline we apply to the work we do today, not a claim of a finished enterprise platform.
Built for the people who answer for AI.
- CIO / CDOVisibility and control over every AI workflow, without slowing the business.
- Chief Risk OfficerEvidence that AI decisions are governed, explainable and reversible.
- CFOTo know which AI initiatives create measurable value, and which are cost centres.
- COOAI embedded in real operating workflows, not another dashboard.
- Compliance and LegalAudit-ready evidence before a regulator, customer or board asks.
We start narrow: one high-stakes workflow where a wrong decision is expensive and auditability is already expected. Prove the control, then expand.
- 01Choose one workflow with a measurable cost, such as claims leakage, invoice exceptions or compliance evidence.
- 02Capture the baseline first: cycle time, error rate, cost per case and review load.
- 03Run a short, controlled deployment that makes it governed, traceable and measurable.
- 04Deliver a board-ready control report: inventory, approvals, incidents and outcomes.

Built for businesses outgrowing their patchwork.
Typical areas: sales operations, finance and accounting, customer service, procurement, HR and internal requests. Especially where a wrong decision is costly, such as banking and insurance, life sciences, manufacturing and shared-services teams.
Trensiqo works with small and growing businesses whose tools were added one at a time, and now need to work together. If any of this sounds familiar, we should talk.
- Your team re-enters the same details in several tools.
- Leads, orders or support requests change hands, and some get lost.
- Reports take a person a day to assemble by hand.
- You want AI to help, but the basics are not connected yet.
An enterprise is not its tools.
Nor is it the sum of its tasks.
It is the quiet intelligence between them —
the handoff understood,
the signal carried,
the work that moves without losing its meaning.
We build for that in-between.
How a system comes into being.
Discover
We follow how work actually moves, including the workarounds nobody wrote down.
Architect
We map the parts and propose one structure, with a plain reason for each choice.
Build
We deliver in small working pieces so you can see progress and steer it.
Evolve
Businesses change. We adjust the system as they do.
Plainly answered.
What does Trensiqo actually do?
We design and build the connections between a business’s tools, data and processes: workflows, integrations, customer and revenue operations, reporting, and AI where it earns its place.
Do we have to replace our current tools?
Usually not. We start with what you already use and connect it properly. We only suggest a new tool when an existing one cannot do the job.
Is this just automation or AI?
No. Automation and AI are capabilities inside a larger aim: a business that runs as one coordinated system. We use them when they help, and say so when they don’t.
What is AI governance, and why does it matter?
It is the set of owners, approvals, controls and records that make an AI workflow safe to rely on. Without it, nobody can say who approved a system, what it can access, or what it achieved.
Do you replace our existing platforms?
No. The aim is to sit across your CRM, workflow tools and data platforms, and to stay neutral about which AI models you use.
How does a project begin?
With a conversation about what feels disconnected. We then write down how work moves today and propose a structure. You see that before anything is built.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope. We agree the plan in writing first, then deliver in small working pieces so you can see progress along the way.
What do you need from us?
Access to the relevant tools and one person who understands how the work really happens. We handle the rest.
Do you have case studies?
Trensiqo is an emerging company, so we would rather show you a working piece of your own system than a wall of logos.
Bring us the tangle.
- You write a few lines about what feels disconnected.
- We reply personally, usually with a few questions.
- We map a first picture of how it could fit together.
One or two lines is plenty. We reply personally.
